Shipping and Delivery Policies
What do I need to understand about processing time and how it impacts the delivery time of my order?
We guarantee to process all in stock items within 1-2 business days from your order date. However, during new product launches, introductions and holiday season, we guarantee to process your order within 3 business days from your order date.
Orders placed before 11 A.M. CST usually ship within 1 business day. If your order is placed after 11 A.M. CST, please allow for 1 additional business day for processing (excluding bank holidays.). All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is usually Monday.
While your order is processing, you may see the processing status in your Account. Once your order has been shipped, this status will update in the order history and you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

PS Cosmeceutical offers FREE shipping on all orders shipped in continental USA. This shipping method does not have guaranteed delivery date and may take up to few weeks.
2)US Postal Service Priority 3-7 day :
This shipping is a 3-7 days transport service (business days) available for all customers in the Continental USA. This service is a fixed rate of $7.95 for all orders less than $30.
3)US Postal Service Priority 3-7 day Free for all orders over $30:
PS Cosmeceutical offers FREE priority shipping on all orders over $30 shipped in continental USA.This shipping is a 3-7 days transport service (business days) available for all customers in the Continental USA.
Does PS Cosmeceutical ship outside the Continental USA?
Unless otherwise stated, PS Cosmeceutical does not ship to consumers outside of the Continental USA. If interested contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Processing fees including pre-payment of all duties and miscellaneous fees may be applicable. Certain dollar amount and weight restrictions may apply to orders outside of the Continental USA. Any order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional freight charges. Customers will be advised of charges prior to order shipment.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Then simply track your shipment through USPS, FedEx or UPS website, depending on who we have selected to ship your package.

What is PS Cosmeceutical return policy?
All orders can be returned for up to 10 days of purchase, in its original condition for a full refund of product value. Please keep the original packaging and return with the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. Specials, promotions or any product purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanged. Damaged goods can be exchanged for identical merchandise in the event product is damaged during shipment.
How do I return my product?
It is simple and easy! Send an email to customer service at email@example.com informing us that you have a return. Indicate the reason for your return and how you would like you credit to be applied.
How do I return the merchandise?
Simply apply the shipping label to the outside of the box. Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically applied to your account, credit card or original method of payment within 30 business days.
Can I edit or update my order once I’ve submitted it?
Unfortunately, once an order has been fulfilled we are unable to update any of the order information or cancel it. This includes changing the ship to or bill to address, payment information or adding additional items to your order. Depending on the change you are looking to make, you may need to place a new order and return your initial order.
My item is on back order. Can I cancel it?
Yes, if your item is on back order and hasn’t yet shipped, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you with this.
