Shipping, Delivery & Returns


Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).  Orders that are received  during our normal business hours are usually processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Once orders have been processed transit and delivery timelines for shipments are out of PS Cosmeceutical control.

At this time we do not process and ship orders on weekends and holidays.

At this time we do not ship internationally.

Shipping Confirmation Email

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address linked to your account. The majority of orders are processed for shipment in approximately two business days, receipt of notification email indicates it is with the USPS. The email will contain the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number. 


We hope that you are satisfied with your PS Polish products. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your product(s), along with the receipt, within thirty days of purchase to:

You may consider insuring your shipment. PS Polish is not responsible for items being returned to us that are lost in transit.


You must return PS Polish product(s) to the original retail point of purchase.

We cannot grant refunds for returned product(s) not purchased through www.PSPolish.com

Refunds will be made for the U.S. dollar purchase price indicated on your receipt.

Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
